We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing culinary team at Mill Farm Sports Village.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a unique hospitality destination that includes restaurants, bars, conference and banqueting facilities, a boutique hotel, sports venues, and matchday hospitality operations. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring food is prepared, cooked and presented to the highest standards. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you'll support the delivery of outstanding food across all areas of the business, from restaurant service to functions and events.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards.
Manage your designated kitchen section during service.
Support operations across all food outlets within the venue.
Assist with matchday hospitality and stadium catering.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance.
Complete daily preparation and mise en place requirements.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
Minimise waste and contribute to efficient kitchen operations.
Support menu development, specials and seasonal dishes.
Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
Has a good understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Understands food hygiene, food safety and health & safety requirements.
Is organised and able to perform under pressure.
Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team.
Is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to high standards.
Has a positive attitude and a desire to develop their culinary career.
