The Role

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of The Villa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll create a warm and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

You’ll manage reservations, handle enquiries, and liaise with other departments to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay. If you love hospitality and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handling telephone and email enquiries promptly and accurately.
• Processing reservations and payments in line with hotel policies.
• Communicating sales and event enquiries to the relevant departments.
• Liaising with housekeeping, events, and food & beverage teams to meet guest needs.
• Resolving guest queries or complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Supporting the management team with administrative tasks.

About You

You’ll be organised, approachable, and thrive in a busy hospitality environment. With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.
