The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring everything is clean, organised, and safe.

From washing dishes and sanitising equipment to maintaining spotless work surfaces, you’ll help create the perfect environment for our chefs to deliver exceptional food. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced setting, ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness and understands the importance of food safety.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Washing and sanitising kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Keeping all kitchen areas clean and organised, including floors and work surfaces.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Disposing of waste and recycling responsibly.
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required.
• Helping with stock rotation and safe storage of ingredients.
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
