25 hours per week (rota-based, including evenings and weekends)
Location: Mill Farm Sports Village, within a 30-minute commute

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at the Fylde Sports & Education Centre (FSEC). This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and growing company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence.

As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our Costa-branded café, delivering outstanding customer service and crafting high-quality beverages and food for our guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love coffee as much as we do, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, to Costa standards.
• Educating customers on our menu and making tailored recommendations.
• Serving food items such as paninis, cakes, muffins, and more.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
• Supporting your team and stepping in during busy periods.
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained and operating safely.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a trained Barista is essential.
• Confident using coffee machines and brewing equipment.
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Well-presented, reliable, and flexible with working hours.
• Experience using EPOS systems is a plus.
• A team player who thrives in a busy environment.
