Salary: Up to £40,000 dependent on experience
Role Overview: As a Facilities Manager at Mill Farm Sports Village, you will ensure that all buildings are maintained to the highest standards, manage site security, oversee health and safety procedures, and maintain grounds and pitch upkeep. You will lead the cleaning teams and ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the site.
What you'll be doing:
- Organise and manage all maintenance operatives.
- Ensure all intruder alarms, CCTV systems, fire alarms, and firefighting equipment are in working order.
- Manage key holders and maintain master keys for all buildings.
- Oversee AFC Fylde Match Day stewarding and security.
- Write and maintain up-to-date HSE procedures and manage educational requirements.
- Communicate and implement HSE policies to all company employees.
- Carry out and maintain risk and COSHH assessments.
- Oversee contractors and visitors to the sites.
- Monitor and report accidents and incidents.
- Maintain exterior cleanliness of the sites and garden areas.
- Ensure minimal environmental impact in site management.
- Be responsible for pitch maintenance and repair.
- Lead the cleaning teams at all sites.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
