Role Overview

Sedgwick Scott Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the team at the luxurious Cark Manor. This hands-on role ensures all areas of the manor are impeccably cleaned and presented, delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. You’ll also oversee housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and performing housekeeping duties across the manor.
Maintaining the highest standards in all guest and public areas.
Managing relationships with local suppliers and overseeing housekeeping supplies.
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, including risk assessments.
Supporting housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor when required.

About You

Proven experience in housekeeping management within a luxury or 4-star+ environment.
Strong leadership skills to train and motivate a team.
Exceptional attention to detail with a guest-focused approach.
Commercially savvy, with experience managing budgets and supplies.
Highly motivated, professional, and an excellent communicator.
