Housekeeping Manager

Sedgwick Scott Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our team at the luxurious Cark Manor. This hands-on role ensures all areas of the manor are impeccably cleaned and presented, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will also oversee housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Leadership: Lead and perform housekeeping duties across the manor.
- Standards Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards in all guest and public areas.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with local suppliers and oversee housekeeping supplies.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including risk assessments.
- Operational Support: Support housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping management within a luxury or 4-star+ environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to train and motivate a team.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a guest-focused approach.
- Commercial Savvy: Experience managing budgets and supplies.
- Professionalism: Highly motivated, professional, and an excellent communicator.
