Experienced Head Chef up to £50,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

The Head Chef will be expected to lead, motivate and supervise the teams and have full responsibility for all aspects of food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking and service to the restaurants, bars, match day hospitality, public catering and banqueting.
You must be energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for cooking and a real can-do attitude.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience as a Head Chef and experience in managing and running a team. A Rosette background would be ideal
• Skills: Excellent organisational skills, banqueting and fine dining experience
• Attributes: Hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate about culinary excellence.
• Administration: Must be used to working in a professional organisation operating with SOP’s and strict protocols especially as regards ordering and creation of menus.
